Cheesy Chilli Tuna Melt
This is probably one of the best sandwiches that you'll ever make!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 small can (~185g) of tuna (Sirena Chilli In Oil Tuna recommended)
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (Kewpie Japanese Style Mayo recommended)
- 2 tablespoons of cooked sweetcorn
- Chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon of Curious Elephant Vietnamese Chilli Sauce
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Instructions
- Drain the tuna liquid
- Add the tuna to a bowl and stir in the sweetcorn, red onion, mayonnaise and Vietnamese Chilli Sauce
- Add salt and pepper
- Lay one slice of the bread into the grill and top it with a thick layer of the tuna mix and add grated cheddar cheese
- Add butter to outside of the top slice of bread and toast in grill
- Cook until the top slice is golden brown
