Indomie Instant Noodles with Chilli Oil & Dumplings
A super quick 10 minute Indomie instant noodles meal for those busy weeknights!
Pimp it up with some veggies of your choice, a crispy sunny-side egg and our Curious Elephant premium dumplings. The edges of the egg should be crispy and golden, the white set, but the yolk still runny to give the noodles that extra creaminess when mixed together. We know you’re going to love this one.

INGREDIENTS

2 packets of Indomie instant noodles

1 carrot peeled and diced

Half a diced red capsicum
-
1 sweet corn (kernels removed from the cob)

1 Tb spoon Curious Elephant Chinese Chilli Oil

2 eggs
-
Spring onion (for garnish)
-
Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cooking oil (for the eggs)

6 Curious Elephant dumplings of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare your noodles as per packet instructions
- Add oil to the pan and fry off sweetcorn, capsicum, carrots until tender
- Mix cooked veggies to noodles, add our Chinese Chilli Oil
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering
- Crack eggs into hot oil and tilt the pan towards you so the pool of oil is against the side of the pan. Baste the egg whites with hot oil and avoid the yolk. Continue basting until eggs are crispy and cooked to your liking
- Serve with crispy Curious Elephant dumplings
